Replit Agent Pricing 2026: Starter, Core, Pro & Usage Costs
Replit Agent pricing explained: Starter, Core, Pro and Enterprise costs, Free Mode, effort-based Agent usage, model credits, deployment charges and refunds.

Replit Agent pricing is a combination of subscription access and usage-based work. Starter is free, Core is $20 per month, Pro is $100 and Enterprise is custom. Annual billing currently reduces Core to $18 per month equivalent and Pro to $90.
The important detail is that the base plan does not make every Agent task unlimited. Free Mode covers a large amount of everyday work on paid plans, while Power and Max-style Agent work can draw from included model credits and then generate usage-based charges. Deployed applications can also consume paid infrastructure resources.

Replit Agent pricing checked on September 25, 2026 against Replit's live pricing page, August 2026 Free Mode announcement, effort-based pricing documentation and current Terms.:
Agentic software builder for creating, testing and deploying apps from natural-language instructions
Best for: Founders, developers and business teams that want to describe software in natural language and move from idea to working hosted application inside one browser-based platform.
- Integrations and MCP
- Plan Mode
- Deployment
- Enterprise security and governance
- Parallel Agents
- G2 reviewers repeatedly praise Replit's zero-setup browser environment, rapid prototyping and ability to move directly from building to deployment.
- Starter provides free daily Agent usage and one published project, giving users a real way to test agentic app creation before paying.
- Core and Pro include collaborative workspaces without separate per-seat fees, and Pro can run up to ten parallel agents for larger projects.
- G2 users note that non-developers can still face a learning curve once projects move beyond simple prototypes into complex application logic.
- Agent pricing is effort-based, so complex requests can cost materially more than simple changes and total project cost is not fixed by prompt count.

Replit Starter pricing
Starter costs $0 and requires no credit card to begin. The current plan includes daily Agent usage, the ability to create apps and other artifacts, a built-in database, one published live project and one background task at a time.
Starter is useful for testing the Replit workflow with a real project rather than only viewing a demo. Its limits make it less suitable for sustained commercial development.
Replit Core pricing
Core costs $20 per month or $18 per month equivalent when billed annually, for an annual total of $216.
The current pricing page lists up to 30 hours of Free Mode chat, up to 60 Free Mode projects, $20 toward more powerful models, Plan Mode and unlimited workspaces.
Core also supports small-team collaboration and removes the Replit branding from published sites under the current plan structure.
Replit Pro pricing
Pro costs $100 per month or $90 per month equivalent billed annually, for an annual total of $1,080.
Pro includes everything in Core plus even higher Free Mode usage, $100 toward more powerful models, up to 10 parallel agents, up to 15 collaborators, 50 viewers, 28-day database rollback and premium support.
Replit also uses pooled plan credits rather than charging a separate per-seat fee for every collaborator on Pro.
Replit Enterprise pricing
Enterprise uses custom pricing. Replit currently offers both self-serve Enterprise onboarding and sales-assisted Enterprise arrangements with tailored commercial terms.
Enterprise adds custom seat limits, SSO/SAML, SCIM, audit logs, connectors and MCP, advanced privacy, single-tenant environments, static outbound IPs and other security or infrastructure controls.
Sales-assisted deployments can include annual commitments, pooled credits, dedicated GCP projects and implementation support.
What is Replit Free Mode?
Free Mode is an Agent mode introduced in August 2026 for Core and Pro users. Eligible everyday work in this mode does not consume paid credits until the user reaches plan usage limits.
Core currently advertises up to 30 hours of chat and up to 60 projects in Free Mode. Usage also operates within rolling limits that periodically reset.
Pro receives higher limits than Core, although the live pricing page does not publish one simple universal monthly number for every Free Mode interaction.
What is effort-based pricing?
Replit's paid Agent work is effort-based. Cost reflects the computing and model resources used to complete the task rather than charging one fixed amount for every prompt.
A tiny text or style change can therefore cost less than a complex full-stack feature, while large tasks that read substantial context, debug errors and run many commands can cost materially more.
Power Mode and Max Mode
Replit uses stronger Agent modes for work beyond Free Mode. Power Mode is positioned as a cost-efficient paid mode for capable everyday work, while Max Mode is intended for more demanding reasoning and larger changes.
Usage in these modes can draw down plan credits and then create additional usage-based charges.
Included powerful-model allowance
Core currently includes $20 toward more powerful models each month. Pro includes $100.
Once that allowance is exhausted, additional eligible usage can create pay-as-you-go charges depending on account settings and spend controls.
Pro credit rollover
Replit's 2026 Pro announcement states that unused Pro credits can roll over for one month. This gives high-intensity builders some flexibility across uneven development cycles.
Rollover should not be confused with unlimited Agent work or permanent stored value.
Parallel Agent cost
Pro supports up to 10 parallel agents. Parallel work can improve completion time but can also increase simultaneous model and compute use.
Teams should treat concurrency as a throughput feature rather than a way to reduce total usage cost.
Deployment and hosting costs
Replit can deploy applications directly from the same project environment. Starter includes one live project, while paid plans support broader usage.
Hosting, compute, databases, storage, network use and other Replit Cloud resources can create Usage-Based Billing charges. The amount depends on the live application rather than only the Replit subscription tier.
Database and resource costs
The integrated database reduces setup friction, but production use can still consume storage and compute resources. Larger apps should track resource usage after deployment.
Pro's 28-day database rollback is a feature benefit, not a guarantee that all cloud database usage is included in the subscription price.
Third-party integration costs
External services such as Stripe, model APIs, messaging tools or paid SaaS connectors can have their own charges. Replit does not eliminate those third-party costs simply because Agent configured the integration.
Does Replit have a free trial?
Replit uses a permanent Starter plan rather than presenting Core or Pro around one universal time-limited free trial. Starter requires no credit card.
This gives buyers a way to test the actual build and deployment workflow before committing to a paid plan.
Cancellation policy
Core and Pro subscriptions can be canceled through billing settings. The plan follows its monthly or annual billing term, and already-incurred usage-based charges remain payable.
Enterprise follows the commercial agreement negotiated with Replit.
Replit refund policy
Replit's current Terms allow a full refund for the most recent subscription payment when the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Usage-Based Billing charges are non-refundable because they correspond to metered work or resources that have already been consumed.
Teams plan status
The old Replit Teams plan was sunset in 2026. Existing Teams customers were migrated into Pro according to Replit's transition rules.
Current buyers should therefore compare Starter, Core, Pro and Enterprise rather than relying on older Teams pricing pages or reviews.
Which Replit plan offers the best value?
Choose Starter for evaluation and light projects. Choose Core for most solo builders and small teams. Choose Pro when parallel agents, larger collaboration and higher model allowances justify the price. Choose Enterprise for governance, compliance and custom infrastructure.
Replit pricing compared with alternatives
Bolt.new Free includes 1 million monthly tokens and Pro costs $25 per month starting at 10 million tokens. Lovable Pro costs $25 per month with 100 monthly credits and unlimited workspace users, while Business starts at $50. Base44 Starter costs $20 month-to-month or $16 per month billed annually with 100 message credits and 2,000 integration credits.
The usage units are not equivalent. Replit uses Free Mode plus effort-based paid Agent work, Bolt uses tokens, Lovable uses task-dependent credits and Base44 separates message and integration credits.

Final pricing verdict
Replit Core is the most practical paid starting point because it combines Free Mode, Plan Mode, collaboration and a modest powerful-model allowance for $20 monthly. Pro should be justified by professional build volume, concurrency and collaboration rather than simply a desire for more credits.
Total project cost remains workload-dependent. Treat Agent usage, third-party services and deployed cloud resources as separate budget lines from the subscription itself.
