Relevance AI Pricing 2026: Free, Pro, Team, Actions & Credits
Relevance AI pricing explained: Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise costs, Actions, Vendor Credits, annual discounts, top-ups, cancellation and refund rules.

Relevance AI pricing uses two separate usage systems: Actions and Vendor Credits. Actions measure work performed by agents, while Vendor Credits cover underlying third-party AI-model usage. A team can therefore have Actions remaining but run low on model credits, or the reverse.
The current public plans are Free, Pro, Team and Enterprise. Free costs $0. Pro costs $29 per month or $19 per month equivalent billed annually. Team costs $349 monthly or $234 annual-equivalent. Enterprise uses custom pricing.

- Agent Evaluations
- Calling and Meeting Agents

- Invent can create and edit agents, tools, workforces, knowledge tables, triggers and evaluations from natural-language instructions.
- G2 feedback shows a split on value: many users like the automation capability, while some small-business reviewers describe paid pricing as expensive for general use.
- Actions and Vendor Credits are separate usage concepts, so total cost requires understanding both platform task volume and model consumption.

Relevance AI Free pricing
Free costs $0 and currently includes 200 Actions per month, unlimited Agents and Tools, one Workforce, one build user, one project, access to the integration ecosystem and a limited task-history window.
The free plan does not require a credit card under current Relevance AI documentation. It is designed for learning and prototyping rather than high-volume production.
Relevance AI Pro pricing
Pro costs $29 per month on monthly billing. Annual billing reduces the effective price to $19 per month, for a current annual total of $228.
Pro includes 2,500 monthly Actions, Vendor Credits worth $20 per month, unlimited Workforces, two build users, scheduling, Chat Mode, Smart Escalations, Activity Center, premium app triggers, bring-your-own-LLM support and 90-day task history.
Pro is the practical tier for an individual operator or small automation owner running recurring workflows.
Relevance AI Team pricing
Team costs $349 per month or $234 per month equivalent when billed annually, for a current annual total of $2,808.
Team includes 7,000 Actions per month, Vendor Credits worth $70 per month, five build users, 45 end users and five shared projects. It also adds calling and meeting agents, A/B testing, analytics, higher concurrency, more knowledge storage and priority support.
The price gap from Pro is large, so Team is best justified by these collaboration and agent-mode features rather than the Action increase alone.
Relevance AI Enterprise pricing
Enterprise uses custom pricing. It includes custom Action and Vendor Credit allowances, unlimited users and projects, enterprise triggers, agent evaluations, work-hour controls, multi-organization management and dedicated account support.
Enterprise is also where Relevance AI positions advanced governance such as RBAC, SSO, audit logs, data residency and custom implementation.
What is a Relevance AI Action?
An Action is a unit of work completed by an agent. Examples can include sending an email, updating a CRM record, running a workflow or completing another configured task.
The exact Action pattern depends on how the agent and tools are built, so teams should observe real usage rather than estimate solely from the number of user prompts.
What are Vendor Credits?
Vendor Credits pay for underlying AI-model usage. Relevance AI supports multiple model providers, and model-heavy tasks consume Vendor Credits in addition to Actions.
The current Terms say Vendor Credits are charged at third-party provider cost without a Relevance AI markup. Model pricing can change when the underlying provider changes its rates.
Relevance AI Action top-ups
Extra Actions currently cost $40 per 1,000 Actions. These top-ups let customers increase throughput without changing the entire subscription tier.
Action top-ups can be useful for temporary spikes, but teams with consistently higher volume should compare top-ups against the next plan level.
Relevance AI Vendor Credit top-ups
Extra Vendor Credits currently cost $20 per 10,000 credits. This increases the model-use balance independently of the Action balance.
Vendor Credits are particularly important for agents that use large-context models, intensive reasoning or frequent generative tasks.
Do Vendor Credits roll over?
Relevance AI's current Terms say Vendor Credits remain valid indefinitely while the customer maintains an active subscription.
However, those credits immediately expire when the subscription is canceled, terminated, suspended or deleted under the applicable Terms.
Do Actions roll over?
Actions are tied to the subscription allowance and are not presented as permanent stored value. Any unused Actions expire when the active subscription ends.
Teams should therefore size the plan around realistic recurring workload rather than accumulating unused capacity.
Bring your own LLM key
Pro and higher support bringing an external LLM or API key. When the customer uses its own provider account, the third-party model bill is paid outside Relevance AI.
BYOK can be useful for teams that already have negotiated model pricing, provider controls or a centralized AI budget.
Annual discount
Current pricing shows a 33-percent annual discount on Pro and Team. Pro falls from $29 to $19 per month equivalent, while Team falls from $349 to $234.
Annual billing makes sense for stable production use, but teams should pilot usage first because change-of-mind subscription fees are non-refundable under current Terms.
Does Relevance AI have a free trial?
Relevance AI has a permanent Free plan and states that it does not require a credit card. The current Pro and Team pricing cards say "Try for free," but the public pricing material does not clearly publish one universal time-limited trial duration.
SearchSagar therefore does not claim a specific paid-plan trial length.
Cancellation policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Customers can cancel by notice, and the subscription remains active through the current billing cycle.
Access is revoked at the end of that billing cycle and unused Actions and Vendor Credits expire.
Refund policy
Relevance AI's Terms say subscription fees are non-refundable for change of mind. Actions and Vendor Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
If Relevance AI terminates a subscription without customer breach, the Terms provide for a prorated subscription-fee refund covering the unused subscription period.
Additional costs to budget
Connected applications keep their own subscription and API charges. A Relevance AI workflow using Salesforce, HubSpot, Twilio or another paid system can therefore incur outside costs.
BYOK model usage also creates a separate provider bill. Enterprise implementation, custom capacity and advanced deployment requirements use negotiated pricing.
Which Relevance AI plan offers the best value?
Choose Free to learn the platform. Choose Pro for most individual operators and recurring workflows. Choose Team when calling, meeting agents, analytics, A/B testing and team collaboration justify the price. Choose Enterprise for governance, larger organizations and negotiated capacity.
Relevance AI pricing compared with alternatives
Lindy Plus costs $29.99 per user per month with 3,000 credits, Pro $99.99 with 15,000 and Max $199.99 with 35,000. Gumloop Pro starts at $37 per month with 20,000 credits, unlimited seats and a 14-day Pro trial. n8n Starter costs €20 per month billed annually for 2,500 complete workflow executions, while Pro is €50 for 10,000.
These meters are not equivalent. Relevance AI separates Actions and Vendor Credits, Lindy measures work through task credits, Gumloop prices model/tool/compute usage through credits and n8n counts complete workflow executions.

Final pricing verdict
Relevance AI Pro is competitively priced for a no-code agent platform, especially with annual billing. The challenge is not the $29 list price but understanding how Action volume and model usage combine in real workflows.
Team should be viewed as a different operational tier, not simply a larger Pro allowance. Calling, meeting agents, analytics, more users and collaboration explain most of the jump. Teams that need only more Action volume should compare top-ups before upgrading.
