Notion AI pricing has two layers. The first is the Notion workspace plan: full ongoing Notion AI is included with Business and Enterprise, while Free and Plus only receive limited complimentary AI responses. How Custom Agents consume credits

What happens when the included AI allowance runs out?

Notion measures selected AI usage through both a rolling six-hour allowance and a monthly billing-cycle allowance. If the monthly allowance is exhausted, affected features can pause until the next billing cycle.

If an admin enables additional credit-based usage, the workspace can use Notion credits to continue eligible AI activity rather than waiting for the allowance to refresh.

AI Meeting Notes limits

AI Meeting Notes uses its own limit rather than the same allowance as the personal Agent. Notion currently documents a separate 10-hour daily cap for Meeting Notes.

Teams that record many meetings should track this separately from Notion Agent usage.

Notion Business free trial

Eligible new teams with a professional domain can receive a 30-day Business-plan trial. The trial includes Business features such as Notion AI, AI Meeting Notes, Research Mode, AI Connectors, verified pages, private teamspaces and SAML SSO.

If payment details were entered when the trial began, the Business subscription automatically renews at the end of the trial unless canceled first.

Notion annual billing
